Offensive subjects: Incest is a hard no, but I understand that it's a part of certain canons. That said, I doubt Hunk will get close enough to any Lannisters that the subject would come up.

Fighting: Of course! OOCly, anyway. ICly, Hunk would rather Not.
Injuries: Let's plan OOCly, but I'm always down.
Using telepathy/mind reading or mind altering abilities: If anyone is able to pick up on bonds, they'd pick up on the dangling thread that is Hunk's connection to his Lion. That said, he's pretty much an open book, just let me know OOCly what's up, and I'll make sure to put interesting things in the narration for you to pick up on.
